21.5" iMac ATI 4670 Temps

Hey, could anyone with the higher end 21.5" model post there temperatures please? I'm unsure what model to get and I've heard that the ATI GPU runs quite a lot cooler than the Nvidia 9400m. If this is true it might be the decider for me.
