transfer from iPod to mac?

I recently made the switch from PC to Mac but unfortunately forgot to backup my songs before I swapped (they're still on my iPod though). I know there's some apps out there that let you transfer songs from iPod>computer; anyone know a free one?

putting your iPod into disk mode (http://support.apple.com/kb/HT1363) this should help ;)

The program I've been forced into using due to my last 2 no longer being free is called Expod. It's free and definitely gets the job done.
