I have an old Canopus ADVC box and I would like to use it for monitoring in Apple Color.
I know Color does not allow monitoring except through the higher-end HD solutions, (AJA, BlackMagic, etc), but I was wondering if there is some kind of hack to make it happen anyway? I just cannot believe that SD monitoring is not available over Firewire!
For the record, I'm grading SD stuff, so it's not like I'm asking for a downconvert from 2K or anything.
