Audiophile docking station search for iPhone and iPod classic

Does anyone know of a good dock that has a pure line out and will work with both and iPod classic and iPhone 3GS? I have been looking for this for a while but can only seem to find the ones that are not really line out because the volume is controled by the device that I have plugged in. I am really into music fidelity therefore I don't like the amplifier within the devices. I use some great headphones and a desktop amplifier so I just need a line out. I have tried the universal dock and some others. The only one that I used that does what I want is this one: http://www.fosmon.com/index.asp?PageAction=VIEWPROD&ProdID=2178 but it does not support iPhone. I could use the iPhone donggle to make it compatible but I was hoping to not go that route.
