I'm a really big fan of Ronald Radford and his album Viva Flamenco (http://phobos.apple.com/WebObjects/MZStore.woa/wa/viewAlbum?playlistId=4029905). This artist is really talented and it is a pleasure to watch him play live. I suggest giving him a try if you want to explore new artists. Rumba, Alegrias, and Tango are my favorite songs of his.
