14 days return policy starts when?

i am in USA and trying to figure out when the actaul 14 days policy starts on the imacs ...

i order my computer on Mar 6th , fedexattempted delivery today March 13th but i was not home. they will redeliver on March 16th

it will 10 days since i placed the order, just in case i need to return it .. when u the 14th days preiod starts?

is there a apple.com link to this .. i was not able to find any thing
