I looked at one time. I don't think there is, since the iPhone doesn't have the capability to read the same stuff as a Mac for a battery (my theory, at least). So, there's no way to get cycles.
What feature or features are you looking for, maybe there is an app that will do what you want? I remember seeing this one, got a few good comments:

Battery aid isn't what I was looking for. Thank you for sharing as I didn't know it existed. I was hoping there was an app that tracks cycles and remaining life left. I think I'm going to replace my battery on 3G. eBay sells them for $12 for a 1600 mAh high capacity battery.
