Anyone know where I can get a replacement screw for the hdd brace (the long black longitudinal piece that has 2 of these screws?) I sorta stripped the head with my screwdriver when attempting to unscrew it to replace the hdd. Was able to get it off but I was pissed....very pissed

Anyone know where I can get a replacement or know what the dimensions are so I can pick one up somewhere?

Which uni mb do you have?

I've seen the one for the aluminum one at ifixit.com Here but it comes with the bracket and the hard drive screws as well. That one only has one screw.

For the white unibody, it'e Here also with the bracket and the hard drive screws. It has 2 screws so I think that must be the one.

Sorry that both are out of stock right now but you can get on a waiting list.

Thanks but dang, 30 bucks? really? i just need an itsy bitsy screw lol

I wonder if it is a common size one that I could pick up at an electronics store

any idea?
