Here is a place to put life's little "duhs!"

Here is mine:

Smoking is bad for you. How could inhaling smoke not be?

Don't leave your kids in the car on a 100 degree day. Bad things will happen.

Eating fast food often may make you fat. Fat may lead to excessive health problems. Eating healthy CAN reverse this, but why not sue Mcdonalds instead???

Wear an SPF 15 Sun Screen when out in the sun, otherwise there is a possibility of cancer.

most disease does not come from virus or bacteria (in the usa) but from the junk that you stuff in your face (by far biggest factors of major death causes such as heart disease, diabetes, cancer, stroke, etc)

...and i say this having ate lunch (mc donalds) then accidentaly running into a greek festival right after then stuffing my face with greek lasagna, butter cookies, and lemonade

we went to the cemetery after that and i looked at all the people who didn't make it to 65 and wondered if i would make it that far...i am 40 but 25 pounds over my perfect weight...cholesterol and blood sugar level are very good, but won't be if i continue stupid behavior like today's double lunch ;)

i thought about the former president, now three years into a healthy diet plan and exercise, and he still ended up with heart problems...you can start to reverse a bad life of junk food but it will not always be enough to save your life...i hope he survives this terrible episode and having reached this point (need for bypass surgery) i don't expect he will be an elder statesman like nixon, carter, reagan, george hw bush, or ford who have all made it into their late-70s to 80s or longer

poor bill clinton is not even 60 years old and those saturday night live skits of him eating everything in sight were probably accurate

IRC is nothing like bash.org would have you believe.

Broccoli is good for you and tastes good with lemon juice.

There is no difference between "natural flavorings" and "artificial flavorings" on ingredient labels.

If a woman asks you if she looks fat, don't answer. Better yet, set yourself aflame to create a diversion.
