Outlook Vista help, not receiving/sending email

Outlook randomly decided to stop sending and receiving emails, I decided to 'test account settings' to see if that was the problem and I got this error message:

I dont know anything about SSL or port forwarding, if thats what 'port' is regarding...

I'm not sure what to do from here, any help is greatly appreciated!

  1. Which version of Outlook? (XP, 2003, 2007, ...)
  2. How are you running Windows on your Mac (Boot Camp/Virtual Machine)
  3. What kind of e-mail account is this? (POP3, IMAP4, Exchange, ...)
