Anyone have sound problems with their G5?

Both the optical and headphone out on my G5 make this annoying beep sound about every second or so. I hear about this many times from G5 owners. Are their any solutions?
 
I haven't heard of this problem before. While you wait for others here to reply I'd advise checking Apple's support site and/or calling Apple if you haven't already.
