iMac 27'', long pre-screening process.

Hi guys,
I've asked for a replacement of my 27'' iMac and last week DHL picked it up for delivery in Ireland at Apple Engineering in Cork.
At current date the new iMac has not been delivered yet.
Customer service told me that the pre-screening process is very long and this causes the delay.
Any experience about that ?

I recently received a "pre-screened" week 10 which was more yellow than the iMac it was replacing (others have reported similar) so don't hold your breath on receiving a yellow free screen.
