How much would apple charge me for new housing on my macbook air, i want to make it look like brand new again!

i just bought a lightly used macbook air, [13.3] and the bottom of it is dented and scratched and i want to restore it to what it looked like when it was first purchased out of box!
to put a new keyboard in, new lid, new bottom cover,
New case entirely.
is it possible?
who would be the cheapest to get it from?/ get it done.
