DVD viewer stay on top and resize?

I'm a recent switcher, I just bought a 12" PB with SD. Is there anyway I can resize a DVD movie manually (i.e. without having to choose simple between normal, double, and fullscreen). Also, is there anyway I can make it so that the DVD window stays on top so that while I'm surfing the net, and can have it running and viewable in the corner at all times?

It doesn't look like the viewer window is scalable. So you'll have to just choose the presets that Apple has made available. Maybe in Tiger that'll be a feature! Keep your fingers crossed!

Im not at my Mac now but im pretty sure that if you go to DVD Player>Prefs, there is a stay on top option there.

Download VLC. Scrap Apple's DVD player.
