Connecting IMAC to HDTV

What do I need to connect from my IMAC to my Sony Bravio HDTV? Ideally wirelessly would be ideal. If that is not possible what cables/hardware do I need? I want to connect for both video & audio.

It will show you what you need, as the iMac has the same connectors.

Wirelessly will be harder to accomplish though.
