View Full Version : Can you view itunes artwork when network streaming?

I've just set up my MacMini Server under the Tv :) and when in front row streaming media from my iMac alls good except no artwork.
Is this something that can be done?

Dumb question - but where did you find the instructions to do stream iTunes to a mini?

No - it's been broken since the Leopard release in 2007 - http://discussions.apple.com/thread.jspa?threadID=1197140&tstart=0

It worked in Front Row in Tiger.

Many thanks plinden for the quick response. I think Apple should give a little more sometimes... that sucks. Maybe best to go for a iTunes server option.

Plex (http://www.plexapp.com/)

It will stream from any iTunes on your network (just install plex media server) on the computer you want to stream from)

It does album artwork.

It blows front row out of the water.
