iChat 2.1 is compatible with the newest AIM for windows.

What Do I Need To Use AIM Video IM? To use AIM Video IM both you, and the person you want to Video IM with, need the following:
· Latest Version of AIM: Download AIM 5.5 Here
· The Windows XP Operating System or Apple iChat AV version 2.1 or later

AIM Video IM info page (http://aimtoday.aol.com/features/main_redesign.adp?fid=video_im)

I don't see why iSight would matter. I video chat with my buddy who uses a PC all the time. He uses a crappy webcam and I use my Firewire DV cam. Works fine.
