View Full Version : Web Based Help Desk/Bug Tracking/Contact Management

I'm looking for something that would handle everything, well. I was hoping that someone would have a first hand perspective on an app that would do what I need. Basically what I need is listed below.

- Help Desk system, email and phone that easily links all contact from someone to their account
- Bug Tracking Software
- Contact Management with ability to place orders
- Web based, with the ability to run it from standalone apps (these need to be Win based)

I've been looking at options, what I really want is to be able to integrate all apps into the same database. eGroupWare has a great foundation, but I'm looking for something slightly more refined.

Anyone have any ideas?
