Creating CD Image from .bin file

I've just download a .bin file, and wish to turn it into a CD Image.

How can I do this on OS X??

Have you check other threads. There's been a thread like this almost every week. Someone downloads an illegal movie, I mean, a bin/cue file and wants to know how to burn into onto a DVD or Video-CD.
