Yeah, I recently "stumbled" upon the google for mac site with the Firefox extension
stumble upon (http://update.mozilla.org/extensions/moreinfo.php?id=138&vid=665).
They're pretty nice actually, both google for mac and stumble upon. Now all we need is Google for mac domestic, an instantaneous meta data search engine for your personal computer. (I think Spotlight is attempting to fill those shoes.)

yeah, for those of you never click on "advance search" (http://www.google.com/advanced_search?hl=en) on the google page, at the bottom of advanced search you will see:
Apple Macintosh - Search for all things Mac
BSD Unix - Search web pages about the BSD operating system
Linux - Search all penguin-friendly pages
Microsoft - Search Microsoft-related pages
