I had to have my iBook power supply replaced. They sent me a new one, very quickly via Airborne Express. Fair enough. Now I have the box to send back with my old power supply - the Airborne shipping label doesn't mention that it's paid for or whatever, so the Shipping/Receiving Manager here at my work is hesistant to call Airborne to have them come here and pick it up.
I'm typing this as I sit on AppleCare's 800# - I just want to know if it's paid for already! haha

If it is a warranty replacement, it should be paid by Apple. If it is out of warranty, the consumer should foot the bill.

They sent you a label, just put it on and send it away. Generally speaking, if you're the one that must foot the shipping cost, you're also the one that gets to choose the shipping method-- they did that for you. Have Airborne pick it up, drop it in an Airborne box, it'll get there.
