iPod touch New iPod touch came with 3.1.3 is it jailbreakable?

My lovely wife got me an 8gb iPod touch yesterday but upon syncing I quickly found out it had the latest firmware on it. Is there any chance of me jailbreaking the little thing, if so, how?
