I found the solution myself.... but dont know how to delete this question

You mean this kind of MiniDisc? 😕

You cannot - only mods can delete posts and they don't do that unless it's really necessary.

Since the OP found his solution without bothering to post it, rendering this thread useless for anyone who finds it, here is the potential answer.

If you are the owner of the file then you can unlock via Finder using Get Info (command + I) or Inspector (command + option + I).

If you are not the owner of the file you can unlock via Terminal:

sudo chflags nouchg /path/to/file
