Doing windows programming with PB

Was wondering if it is possible to use my powerbook to do win based programming such as C++ and VB.

Those do run under Virtual PC, and Visual Studio is my main use for it. Compilers being CPU-bound, don't expect fast builds for large projects, but it does work.
