iPod Touch not syncing with Outlook after 9.1 upgrade

I upgraded my itunes to 9.1.0.79 last week. My second generation iPod Touch is running 3.1.3

All was well until the 9.1 upgrade. I was able to sync my Outlook 2007 calendars, contacts and notes. Now no syncing is occuring.

Ideas?
