Question when uploading a music (mp3) file

hi is it true i heard that one can edit a song's "EQ settings" when uploading it to your iPod Touch? if yes then is this via iTunes? and how?

and can i apply the same EQ settings to all my songs before uploading it?

Select the song\album, right click and select "get info", go to options and select your equalizer presets or custom setting and then OK. If you select all your media at once you can apply the same setting to all your songs.
