My favorite iPad app is iWedPlanner. It is a nice wedding app (http://itunes.apple.com/us/app/iwedplanner-the-wedding-planner/id408373537?mt=8) for organizing the wedding planning in an efficient way and within the budget. It has many features like seating arrangement, RSVP, resources, to-do list and more.

7 posts and 3 are about an app which has brutally bad ratings?
Fill the gaps yourself....

Hard to say, I love many iPad Apps and I lack the time to enjoy them thoroughhly.
If you want to have your mind blown by the power of the device, try X-Plane-9 for iPad.

Mr. Reader is awesome. It's my favorite Google Reader app. There's no reason to visit the actual site. Everything is accessible and functional within the app. You can subscribe to new feeds, manage existing, star, share, etc. Visually, it's fairly basic (i.e. not Flipboard).

Flipboard was always my favorite iPad app. I recently discovered the Flipboard Currated stream and, wow, it's amazing. I literally spent about 3 hours one day just going through the amazing stuff their staff members posted.

GoodReader is the best money I've ever spent on an app. Excellent for reading and marking-up PDF documents. It's one of those "must-have" apps imo.

Right now, probably Morphwiz. But once I get a phone that can tether data to it, probably something like Flipbook. Very much looking forward to iOS 5.

After reading all of these rave reviews about Pulse I will definitely download it. As of now, Instapaper is my go-to for offline news-reading, but I like it so much that I often spend time in it even when I'm online. Perhaps Pulse will change that. Looking forward to trying it out.

There are lots of good and free apps for the iPad.

These days I spend lots of time using Vlingo and thanks to this app I think that it will not make sense for me to jump from iPad 2 to the New iPad

Here is a short video of the app:
