Help me with transfer please

I ve posted this on a few sites and i really need help here

Need some major help guys
Mac broke so im now using a laptop. Good thing I backed everything up. Anyhow I downloaded macdrive and was able to transfer all my files from the external hdd to my laptop. With a brand new itunes, here is my question:

How do I set this up so I will have everything like before, all my apps, movies and music. Is there a certain file I need or what?

If you have the iTunes folder, you just need to replace the iTunes folder on your Windows computer with the one from your mac. Its super easy.
