Pixel Aspect Ratio Upload Issue

So... I have a video in Final Cut that is 960x720 and when I export it and watch it in quicktime it maintains it's dimensions but when I upload it to a video site it squeezes in. How can I keep it in a widescreen format when it is uploaded to a video site?
