Does anyone know of a Mac utility that will do a continuous sync between a local folder and a network share?

I've been using Eclipse in one form or another for web development for a while and using a plugin called filesync (http://andrei.gmxhome.de/filesync/index.html) that does just that, but I'd prefer to drop Eclipse and just use Coda for development. However, I like using a separate dev server for the dev environment, while still saving to my local machine (hence, the continuous syncing).
I know about rsync and other GUI utilities, but I've not seen anything that will sync continuously like the filesync plugin.
I tried some Automator actions that perform syncing, but none of them handle changed files, only new ones.
Thanks.

Just as an alternative idea, have you looked into versioning systems like Subversion (http://subversion.apache.org/packages.html) and CVS (http://developer.apple.com/internet/opensource/cvsoverview.html)? I set it up locally on my Mac and can checkout working copies of my files I need and commit updates as I need to. Some applications have built-in support for these tools, such as Eclipse, so you can do updates from within the apps. The Mac has Subversion and CVS already installed (you may need the developer tools installed) so you just need to install a client to set up repositories or us the command line interfaces.

Subversion will also be part of the picture eventually, but for now I just want to write code locally and have it show up on the dev server without having to push it each time.
I've essentially give up my quest and am just working off the dev server right now.
I set up an automator application to sync the entire site folder, but even thats a pain when testing little changes.
