Can't add new user account in Panther

In System Preferences under Accounts I am unable to add a new user. The little lock at the bottom is unlocked but when I click the + sign nothing happens. Has this happened to anyone else? Any clues?

Edit: oops didn't read your post properly, my bad.

Maybe try repairing permissions/running a maintenance app, such as Onyx/ or even just a resart. Hope you sort it out :)

How do I repair permissions? :confused:

Go to Applications/Utilities/Disk Utility. Click on your hard drive and then select repair permissions :)
