I've had my Powerbook for a little over two months now and I absolutely will never go back to a PC. However, there is a really strange problem that just cropped up. The machine randomly shuts down. I believe it has to do with the battery, but the battery meter shows ~35% just before it shuts down. So, I plug it in, and it starts back up. I charge it untill the power plug glows green instead of orange but it only charges to 99%. Is my battery showing signs of memory after only two months? What's going on?

did you configure the battery when you first got it? meaning you charged it then drained it completely and then fully charged it again?>

Open system prefs then energy saver. Check the options under it.
