My friend's 20gb 3g ipod is messed up, and i was wondering if anyone could help. In his words:
"it gets frozen on the apple screen, then it wont connect to my computer, and it wont let me initialize it when i want to"
he has tried restarting it using play and menu, but it still doesnt work.
