Deja VU Toast 6 Problems

Here is the dilly. I am working with Deja Vu with Toast 6. I am trying to back up a week of work onto a PC server. I can get it to recognize the server and it lets me save to it, but when it does same something, it only saves the folder I am trying to back up and not the contents inside it. I have the Remote Backup clicked, which it says to do, but still no luck. Can someone help me out?

If that PC is on your local network, why not just bypass Toast/Deja Vu and use Mac OS X's built-in Windows networking tools? Otherwise, I am unable to help, since I use neither Toast nor Deja Vu.
