Actually, Maverick is cropped but who ever had him before we got him from the rescue never kept the ear tape up. The harl, blue and black are all natural.

I figured it is time to post my pictures of my pets :)

First is my buddy, Tom, named after Tom and Jerry.. He was abused by my brother as a kitten so he is really shy, but he come around every once in a while. Mainly keeps to himself.

Next is his twin, a friend of mine had a party at her apartment, and I saw him and freaked! He was cool, actually played with me, as we watched that beetles movie. (I was bored)

Last are the dogs, Maggie is about 7 or 8, and is the giant Yellow Lab, she's over 100lbs. And the Jack Russell doesn't really have a name (well my brother gave her a bad one), everyone just calls her what they feel like. I usually go with bob Errary (if you are a pens fan you'd know why) or Fay.

ps - the Flash on the curve is so bright it made the kitties angry. hahahah

I found him sleeping on my macbook pro today when I got home from class. Everything on my desktop was renamed when I finally got him off the keyboard. The other pic is the second day he was home. He slept on the bed while I was doing the laundry. He's got funny markings. He's spotted on one side of his body and belly, and has stripes on the other.

He is such a cuddler. He sleeps curled up against my neck or on my chest. He woke me up for food this morning just before my alarm went off with a few taps on the nose and a purr/meow combo. I love my kitty :-)

we have an F4 Savannah... (a Savannah is a cat bred from an African Serval)... unlike normal domestic cats that grow for one year... Savannahs grow for 3 years, first two years are structural growth and the third is muscular growth. he is about 2 1/2 years old.... so he's not quite done growing yet :D these are kinda older pictures of him... taken about 6-9 months ago... his name is Apollo. we also have a domestic black cat, but i couldn't find any recent pics of her... her name is Athena.

where did you get the Savannah cat? hes absolutely gorgeous! love the markings and the growing stages is quite interesting as my two burmese cats are very small even though they are fully grown (look at my pet pics (http://forums.macrumors.com/showthread.php?p=5488089#post5488089)), i wouldnt mind a cat that continues to grow structurally and muscularly.

we got him from a breeder in Sarasota, FL for about $1500 when he was 12 weeks old. Do a google search for savannah cat and research about them before you run out and get one though. They definitely are not just a normal house cat.

Hi my name is Rusty and I am a 7 1/2 year old Golden Retriever. I am a boy, but thanks to my owner and Dr. Jim I'm missing a couple of nuts. I love living on a farm, playing fetch and swimming in the dirty stock dam. The dam is really exciting when the ducks show up, but my owner gets upset because he has to wash me. I make a mess when I get a bath. I am not much of a cattle dog though. I can't figure out why the calves don't want to play with me and why mother cows hate me when they have a new baby because I am really friendly. I also love to play frisbee and soccer ball! Here are my kids, Roxy and Olive. Roxy (the dog) is a 4 year old Shepherd-Beagle mix. I got her from the shelter, she had been given back because...she's kind of a handful. She's a very friendly, sweet dog, but she gets a little spooked by kids. I don't think she's ever really bit one, but she'll snap at them. She's very high energy, likes to talk to you a lot, and will put her front paws on your shoulders and lick you all over your face.

Olive (the cat) is a 1 year old domestic-shorthair. Her and the dog get along great (although I think she thinks Roxy is kind of a spaz). She loves to play, and she's also a loudmouth :)

This is Jasmine, she is my 5 year old Purebred Siberian Cat. I'm allergic to cats so a Siberian is the only way I can go. I have a slight reaction when she is too close to my face, but she hasn't been a problem otherwise.

Siberian cats tend to be quiet cats that are very seldom. Not this one! She comes when you call her name and whenever you say her name she meows, and she meows whenever she feels like it too (can be very annoying, cuz she does it even though she doesn't want anything). She isn't very solitary either, she comes up and sits in my lap while I'm on the comp all the time!

Wow, 5 cats?! I don't know how you do it! And the picture is great, I find it so hard to get a good picture of my cat because the lighting in my house is very poor. The flash is always on and without it you can't see the cat too well (and with it you can see the eyes way too much...).

Haha yeah, 3 are ours. We are housing 2 others for a month or so until my girlfriend gets moved into her new place. The 2 temp. cats are males, and our 3 are females. The females are quite unhappy - especially the dominant one.

I wish I could take credit for the picture, it's awesome. My girlfriend took it, and if you saw the photos before and after you, you'd be amazed they came from the same little session. She was just doing candid shots while the cat was lying in the sun inside the front door and she somehow took this jewel. This was just with a point and shoot camera(albeit a nice one, but still).
