Hey guys,

Anyone know how to make an image look like it's a screengrab from a VHS Camcorder. This is the type of quality I'm talking about.

What kind of software titles do you have at your disposal?

One option is to literally screengrab from a VHS camcorder. Find one in a Salvation Army, ... 🙂

Seashore and GIMP - I should have said that in my original post. Probably not the best titles in the world but I'm sure GIMP would be able to do something that'll get me close, right?
