Currently, I'm using ps3mediaserver to stream from my mac to the ps3 and over wired ethernet it works great, no stuttering even on 1080p HD now that I have a good router (WNDR3700).
But this requires the mac to always be on. I don't need ps3mediaserver's transcoding abilities either. All my content is already compatible with the ps3.
Any suggestions for a NAS that can stream 1080p HD content to the PS3 without stuttering?
