Well, they've done it now... Epson has released OS X (10.1) drivers for the Stylus Color 1160 (http://www.versiontracker.com/moreinfo.fcgi?id=15759&db=macosx) and 1200 (http://www.versiontracker.com/moreinfo.fcgi?id=15758&db=macosx) printers.
It might have taken them a while to provide the drivers, but at least they are out there now. :p :D
