Deauthorizing iTunes/Shopping Cart Help

Is there any way to deauthorize computers authorized for iTunes music that I no longer have access to, and that (even if I did have access to) are so Windows-ed up that they won't boot anymore?

And another quick question - if I put things in my Shopping Cart on one computer, and then log into my account on another, and enable shopping-cart buying, will the songs still be in there?

Any help greatly appreciated, and sorry if there's already a post like this - I searched quickly but couldn't find.

Had a authorized PC harddrive crash and had to deauthorize it after.... whet to this apple support page (http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/authorization.html) and explained my issue to them in the provided form. They simply deauthorized all my listed computers and I had to reauthorize the valid ones as needed .. took them about 3 days to get back to me.
