quick question about app store

is it possible to access app store genius via itunes, instead of iphone?

iTunes had the "Genius" feature first. You may need to upgrade to a later version of iTunes (9.x, I think?). Also, I believe you may need to turn it on in preferences.

thanks for your reply! i have the latest itunes 9.1.
i have checked the preferences pane but there is no option to switch on genius for app store. i believe this is an iphone-only feature for apps, though it's available for both iphone and itunes for music.

I have Genius between the Store and Playlists.

Sorry, misread your post. I haven't seen or tried Genius in the App Store in iTunes. Just for the music.
