Confused about Case Options

Realistically, the 17" pb is only 15.4" wide... So when laptop cases say "Fits 15.4 laptops" does that mean screen size or the actual wideness.. thanks

like would this fit my 17'' pb

AFAIK, that means that it's intended for laptops whose screen size is sold as ~15 inches, so, not your laptop.

I have a laptop holder in my bag that says it can hold a 15.4" laptop but it hardly even fits my ibook 14"....go figure! lol

yeah, that refers to your screen size, not the overall width of the computer.
