iPhone OS 4.0 Update... Missing Included Apps

Hello all! I have gotten Iphone OS 4.0 on my 8GB ipod touch 2nd Gen Mid 2009 Model. I installed 4.0 and i do not have a lot of the apps included in the 4.0 update. Like iBook app, Folder app, And and Background changer... is this Normal? Or did i do something wrong??? any Ideas? Please assist, Thanks! :D :apple:

As a dev (because only a dev should have this) have you posted this wherever devs should post this to see if other devs are having the same issue?

Jeez, ya think you'd try to learn about something before you install it....iBooks not on touches and phones yet, not available to DL either....Folders app YOU CREATE YOURSELF! Backgrounder YOU DO YOURSELF when opening apps, theres no app....try researching a little, maybe watch a video, just saying
