hi there, from my phone, my problem. My imac24" from 2008 is no more able to start. 2times in service, yesterday new storage and osx installation by an apple premium reseller. Always the same, mac shuts itself down, dont know why? Used chrome also in last weeks. Will insurance pay? Help

Is it under Applecare? If not, did you buy it with a credit card that doubles your warranty? If not, was the first time you brought it in for service within the original warranty period and Apple still hasn't been able to fix it properly?
If the answer is no to all those, unless Apple is feeling generous, you're out of luck on getting anything replaced free....unless you're in Europe where warranty laws extend coverage automatically to multiple years or something.

How long will the system run before it shuts down? Is it a random time or a predictable amount of time?
