Can we use 12 cells PRO battery to replace 6 cells battery

In order to get more run time out of door, the better way is using high capacity battery. Some ask me if we can use 12 cells Mac Pro battery to replace 6 cells battery.

You do realize that this forum is for the Mac Pro desktop computer?

I am guessing that you are asking about the MacBook Pro (?) in which case, no, you cannot change the battery.

It already comes with a 77.5-watt-hour lithium-polymer battery that gives a battery-life of 8 to 9 hours.
