Way to design a similer site in RapidWeaver?

Hi,
Getting my feet in to Web Programming and I'm going to work with the Director of our Radio-station and TV station to come up with a nice website.
I would like to build something smiler to this in RapidWeaver is this possible?

What theme would be best

Rather than try to attempt that in RapidWeaver, you may want to look into learning one of the many FREE "CMS" (Content Management Systems) platforms, such as Joomla or Drupal. There are tons of free templates out there that have a similar look and feel to the website example you are trying to imitate. I tried Joomla and was able to pick it up rather quickly. There are lots of resources online to help you get started. Just Google it. Trust me, I think it'll be much better than trying to build that in RapidWeaver.
