Hello,

I have a friend that has an iPod Touch and it went into Recovery mode. She has try everything that it says online when she did a google search but nothing makes it go out of recovery mode. What can she do.

When you say she has tried everything recommended online, that does include the instructions in iTunes to restore the iPod as well?
