I have a family account with Mobile me. I just setup a family member under this account and tried to setup the mac to sync bookmarks and all that and it didn't work. It seems to want a credit card?

Can family members not sync their bookmarks and contacts etc, to mobile me??

Under your account in mobileme, make sure the account has been created with the desired username.

Then, under your system preferences on your Mac, make sure you are signed in to the correct account.
