iOS UIPickerView changing views?

Is it possible to pair a UIPickerView with a "continue" UIButton in a way that your choice takes you to a correlating view, based on the item in the UIPickerView which you selected. If it is possible, help would be appreciated, I am fairly new to iPhone programming.
