mac os 9 and os X

I was playing oround with my system in OS 9 and by mistake I change the users privilages and reboot to OS X now when I'm in os x I can do nothing and cant go back to os 9 to change the settings when I open system preferences I dont see nothing please anyone knows what can I do to boot back to os 9 or if I have to erase everything and start from 0 thanks , will appreciate any help.

just ctrl+click on the files you accidentally changed and change the owner.

Open System Preferences. Select Startup Disk. Select your MacOS 9 System Folder.

Boot from your OS9 CD and select the Startup Disk Control Panel.

where can I get a boot up disk!

does anybody knows how can I boot up OS 9 without a cd ....

The OP can't. Apparently the OS X login isn't an admin one, so the OP cannot do much of anything.
