So I've noticed that the free AIM app seems to get worse and worse with each upgrade.
Lets say I launch the application, I'm prompted if I want to share my location with no one, friends only or everyone. I chose one (doesn't mater which one) and send some messages. While I wait for a response I hit the home button and do something else (or sometimes nothing). I get the push that I have a new message, I relaunch the application and it again has that window pop up which asks "Share Location" this will cause AIM to erase the conversation log with my friends.
For example
ME: Hey whats up?
(Hits home button)
(Gets Push Notification)
(Returns, gets "Share Location" Prompt)
Conversation will appear as
(My question to him is now gone)
Friend: About to get lunch, want to come with?
RATHER THAN
Me: Hey whats up?
Friend: About to get lunch, want to come with?
It's a rather odd problem... It's driven me nuts. I've restored my phone so many times to try to fix this ONE application.
I'm running v 3.1.3. It's not jail broken, stock OS.

17. everytime I sign in it gives me the share location pop up. even though everytime I select do not share and click "save" what is the problem?
